Girl Guides of Canada 100th Anniversary Rally

Guiding Members from various communities around Cape Breton Island and mainland Nova Scotia such as Glace Bay, Louisbourg, North Sydney, Sydney, Arichat, Port Hawkesbury and Antigonish are preparing for a fun filled day of activities to celebrate Girl Guides of Canada 100th Anniversary on Rally Day. The girls including Sparks, Brownies, Guides, Pathfinders, and Rangers will have a full day of activites including, games, dance, and technology to explore the past, present and the future of Guiding. Our members will attempt to ‘Stuff a Tent” with non-perisable food items which will be donated to the local foodbank and to end our day we will have a traditional Girl Guide Campfire to sing together to celebrate our 100th Anniversary of Great Guiding.
